Supply voltage flexibility and power-down feature
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range means the same BOM line works across 2.5V and 3.3V logic domains — no need to qualify a separate oscillator variant when the system voltage changes. During active operation the part draws 42 mA max at 100 MHz — a typical figure for an HCSL output stage driving a 50-Ω terminated line.
The 0.90mm profile keeps it low enough for tight card-edge clearance in mezzanine or blade assemblies.
