100 MHz MEMS oscillator with HCSL output
Frequency stability is held to ±25 ppm across the full -40 to 85°C industrial range, which is tight enough for 1000BASE-T and USB 3.x reference clocks without needing a temperature-compensated oscillator.
Supply flexibility and standby control
Operates from a single 2.25V to 3.6V rail, so the same BOM line serves both 2.5V and 3.3V clock domains — no extra regulator needed. Active supply draw is 42 mA max at 100 MHz — the MEMS resonator consumes less than a quartz equivalent at this frequency, which matters in thermally constrained enclosures.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — this is a small-footprint oscillator that fits under a shield can or alongside dense BGA components. Surface-mount assembly; the no-lead pad layout is standard for 6-pin MEMS oscillators and matches the footprint used by SiTime and other MEMS clock vendors.
