100 MHz HCSL clock from a MEMS resonator
Its HCSL output is the differential clock standard used by PCIe, SATA, and other high-speed serial interfaces — the 100 MHz frequency is the reference for PCIe Gen 1/2/3 root complexes and switches. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it can run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator. The wide tolerance also helps if the rail droops under load.
