MEMS XO with LVDS output for 200 MHz clock trees
The DSC1103NI1-200.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that delivers a 200 MHz LVDS output from a 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply rail.
Stability and temperature coverage
For a 200 MHz clock feeding a Gigabit Ethernet PHY or FPGA transceiver, that ±50 ppm keeps the bit-error rate within the link budget without requiring a TCXO or oven.
In a battery-backed system that sleeps between bursts, that disable current is well below the self-discharge rate of a coin cell — the oscillator doesn't drain the backup rail during long idle periods.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
The DSC1103 series is still a design-in candidate.
