148.5 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator — industrial temperature grade
The DSC1103NI1-148.5000 is a 148.5 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1103 series, housed in a 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm 6-SMD no-lead package. The MEMS resonator provides faster startup and better shock tolerance than quartz, and the LVDS output delivers the low-jitter clock needed for 148.5 MHz serial video links, FPGA reference clocks, or high-speed data converters.
Supply range and standby power savings
The supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an intermediate regulator.
