200 MHz LVDS clock source — MEMS, not quartz
The MEMS die sits inside a standard 6-SMD no-lead package that measures 2.50 mm × 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a footprint that matches many common quartz oscillators, so the board layout does not need to change when switching from a crystal-based source.
Standby function and supply range
The supply rail accepts 2.25 V to 3.63 V, so a single 3.3 V or 2.5 V rail covers the oscillator without an extra regulator.
Industrial temperature and frequency stability
That stability number includes the combined effects of temperature, supply variation, and aging — in a factory-floor PLC or an outdoor telecom node that sees -20°C overnight and 70°C in the afternoon, the clock edge stays inside the timing budget of a 200 MHz SERDES link without external trimming.
It is qualified for new designs, and there is no published EOL notice or NRND flag on this order code.
