50 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator – ±25 ppm, industrial temp
The LVDS output delivers the differential swing needed for high-speed clock distribution to FPGAs, SERDES, or Ethernet PHYs without the single-ended noise coupling you get from a CMOS oscillator at this frequency. That tight window means the oscillator holds the clock edge within a few hundred picoseconds of ideal over temperature — critical for a 50 MHz link where 20 ppm of drift consumes nearly half a bit period at the receiver. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so the same BOM line works on a 2.5V FPGA bank or a 3.3V clock tree without a separate LDO.
