What this MEMS oscillator replaces on the BOM
Supply range and standby — why they matter for the power budget
The supply range spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so the same oscillator works on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO — one less voltage regulator on the BOM. Active current is 32 mA max at 114 MHz — that is the load on the 2.5V or 3.3V rail, so budget 106 mW worst-case for the oscillator alone.
6-SMD no-lead package, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm body, 0.90 mm seated height — the same footprint as many quartz oscillators in this size, so a board laid out for a 3.2x2.5 mm XO can take this MEMS part without a PCB spin. Surface-mount only — no through-hole variant.
This is a current production part, so you can design it in without worrying about a last-time-buy window closing. No tray or tube option in this order code.
