75 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator — ±10 ppm over temperature
The DSC1103CI5-075.0000T: Unlike a quartz crystal oscillator, the MEMS resonator eliminates the startup margin and load-capacitance matching concerns that plague crystal-based designs — the frequency is set at the factory and stays within the ppm window without external tuning components.
Supply range and power budget
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a separate regulator. Maximum supply current is 32 mA during active oscillation; in standby (power-down) mode the current drops to 95 µA max, making it suitable for duty-cycled or battery-backed timing applications.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The compact footprint suits space-constrained boards in networking, instrumentation, or industrial control — the 6-pad layout follows the standard MEMS oscillator land pattern, and the no-lead construction reduces parasitic inductance on the LVDS output pair.
Active production status
This is a current production part suitable for new designs and ongoing BOM replenishment. Sourced through independent distribution; quoted to order against the BOM quantity.
