The DSC1103CI2-244.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip Technology's DSC1103 series, delivering a 244 MHz LVDS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full industrial temperature range. LVDS at 244 MHz suits FPGA reference clocks, SERDES framing, and high-speed data converter sampling — the differential signaling keeps jitter low over short PCB traces.
The wide supply voltage range of 2.25 V to 3.63 V covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails, so the same oscillator BOM line can serve designs with different core voltages without a dedicated LDO.
