148.5 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator for timing-critical boards
LVDS signalling keeps the edge rates clean over short PCB traces — the 32 mA max supply current reflects the low-power MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal, which also eliminates the startup margin concerns of a crystal oscillator at cold.
Supply voltage and standby control
The oscillator accepts a 2.25V to 3.63V supply rail, so it can run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V bus without an intermediate regulator — a useful simplification when the board already carries those rails. A standby (power-down) function is built in: pulling the enable pin low drops the supply current to 95 µA max, letting the system gate the clock off during sleep modes without a separate load switch.
Package, footprint, and sourcing posture
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a standard MEMS oscillator footprint that is pin-compatible with many quartz XO footprints of the same size.
