148.5 MHz LVDS clock source for high-speed serial links
The DSC1103CI2-148.5000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip Technology delivering a 148.5 MHz LVDS output — a common reference frequency for 3G-SDI video, 10GbE SerDes, and FPGA transceiver banks. The LVDS differential pair provides low-jitter clock distribution over controlled-impedance traces, reducing EMI compared to single-ended CMOS at this frequency. The 2.25V to 3.63V supply range lets it share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail with the downstream PHY or FPGA bank.
Standby power-down and package footprint
Active-mode current is 32 mA max at 148.5 MHz. The 6-SMD, No Lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, fitting tight board stacks in compact radio or camera modules.
