The DSC1103CI1-200.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 200 MHz LVDS output from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply rail. The LVDS differential pair keeps jitter low and common-mode noise rejection high over PCB traces longer than a few inches — a common fit for FPGA reference clocks, SerDes reference inputs, and high-speed data converters. The 6-SMD no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — small enough for dense boards, but the no-lead footprint means the rework profile matters: hot-air removal is straightforward if the pad layout is symmetric and the ground pad is not oversized.
Supply range and standby power-down
The 2.25V to 3.63V supply range covers both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an intermediate regulator — one less component on the BOM. Maximum active current draw is 32 mA; in standby (power-down) mode it drops to 95 µA, which lets a system gate the oscillator during sleep and wake it on a threshold event without draining the battery.
