75 MHz LVDS MEMS clock – what it replaces and why
The DSC1103CI1-075.0000: A 75 MHz LVDS oscillator with a MEMS resonator – not a quartz crystal – so it survives the shock and vibration that cracks a crystal blank. The 2.25V to 3.63V supply rail covers both 2.5V and 3.3V logic without a separate LDO. Output is LVDS, which means the differential swing stays clean over a few inches of 50-ohm trace to the FPGA or SerDes receiver.
Package, footprint, and board fit
6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm – same footprint as the industry-standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm oscillator. The 0.50 mm pad pitch is typical for this form factor; no via-in-pad required.
Active lifecycle – no end-of-life pressure
Listed as Active on Microchip's product status. No PCN, no last-time-buy window to chase.
