200 MHz LVDS clock source for high-speed digital
The LVDS output swings 350 mV typical into a 100-Ω termination, keeping edge rates consistent across a backplane or short PCB trace. Frequency stability is ±25 ppm over the full -20°C to 70°C commercial range — tight enough for most 10/100/1000BASE-T applications without a separate VCXO. The 2.25V to 3.63V supply span lets it run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a dedicated LDO.
During active operation the part draws 32 mA max, typical for a 200 MHz LVDS oscillator.
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that fits dense PCB layouts.
