The DSC1103CE1-212.5000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1103 series, delivering a 212.5 MHz LVDS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range.
Standby function and supply range
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. Maximum active current is 32 mA at 212.5 MHz.
