200 MHz LVDS clock for high-speed serial links
The LVDS output swings 350 mV typical into a 100-Ω differential termination, which mates directly with the clock inputs of most Gigabit Ethernet PHYs, FPGAs, and SerDes transceivers without external level translation. The 200 MHz carrier suits 10GBase-R and PCIe Gen3 reference-clock applications where the jitter budget is tight.
Industrial temperature and standby power
The MEMS die is inherently more shock- and vibration-resistant than a quartz blank — a practical advantage when the board sees mechanical stress from fans or vehicle motion. In a battery-backed system that sleeps most of the time, this lets the clock tree be gated without a separate load switch.
Active production — order to RFQ
The 6-SMD, no-lead package (5.00 mm × 3.20 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height) is a standard MEMS oscillator land pattern shared across the DSC1103 family, so a layout can be reused with other frequencies in the series.
