Active MEMS oscillator for 148.5 MHz LVDS timing
The DSC1103BI2-148.5000T: This is an active-production MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC1103 series, delivering a 148.5 MHz LVDS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -40 to 85°C industrial range.
Supply range and standby power-down
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so it runs on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator. Active current draw is 32 mA max at 148.5 MHz, typical for an LVDS output at this frequency.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 6-pad footprint is common among MEMS oscillators — no special fan-out needed, and it reflows with standard lead-free profiles.
The DSC1103 series remains a current production line for new designs.
