100 MHz LVDS clock source with industrial temperature grade
The supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so it can run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO — a single 3.3V rail with 5% tolerance stays inside the window. Maximum supply current is 32mA when active; the standby (power-down) function drops draw to 95µA max, enabling a low-power sleep mode on the board without a separate clock-gating FET.
The 6-SMD, No Lead package measures 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — a standard 5.0 x 3.2 mm footprint that matches many quartz LVDS oscillators, easing layout reuse. Surface-mount assembly with tape-and-reel or cut-tape options available; the 6-pin land pattern is straightforward for two-layer boards if the supply decoupling cap is placed close to pin 6.
