200 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator for industrial clocking
The DSC1103BI1-200.0000: The MEMS resonator replaces a quartz crystal, giving the oscillator better shock and vibration immunity — useful in motor-drive or outdoor telecom enclosures where a quartz can micro-crack.
Supply voltage and power-down for system integration
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so the oscillator runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external LDO — the 3.3V support is native. Maximum supply current is 32 mA when active; the standby (power down) function drops that to 95 µA, letting the system gate the clock to save power during idle periods.
