125 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator with industrial temperature range
The DSC1103AI2-125.0000 is a 125 MHz XO (Standard) with LVDS output, built on a MEMS resonator. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so the same oscillator can run from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds the clock edge jitter within the timing budget for a 125 MHz LVDS link.
Standby power-down for intermittent operation
The standby (power-down) function drops the supply current to 95 µA max when the enable pin is pulled low. In a battery-powered sensor node that sleeps between readings, this cuts the oscillator's draw from 32 mA to near-zero, extending the sleep interval without a separate power switch.
