25 MHz LVDS timing for production BOMs
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so it runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO.
Standby function and current budget
When active, the oscillator draws 32 mA max at 25 MHz LVDS; the disable current is two orders of magnitude lower, so a microcontroller can gate the clock during idle periods without a separate load switch.
Package outline and board fit
Housed in a 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm package with an exposed pad — the pad improves thermal transfer to the PCB ground plane, which matters when the oscillator runs continuously in an 85°C ambient. Seated height is 0.90 mm max, so it fits under a low-profile shield or mezzanine board.
