100 MHz LVDS clock source — MEMS, not quartz
The DSC1103AE1-100.0000T is a 100 MHz LVDS oscillator built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal. It delivers a ±50 ppm frequency stability across its -20°C to 70°C operating range, which is the standard tolerance for 1000BASE-T Ethernet, PCIe reference clocks, and FPGA transceiver lanes — the LVDS output keeps jitter low over a twisted-pair or differential trace.
Runs from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a separate LDO.
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 7.00 mm × 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
Listed as Active by Microchip Technology with no announced end-of-life.
