MEMS oscillator with LVPECL output at 50 MHz
LVPECL provides low-jitter differential signaling ideal for high-speed serial interfaces like Gigabit Ethernet or PCIe reference clocks, where single-ended CMOS would introduce too much phase noise. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no extra LDO needed for the oscillator alone.
Standby function for power-sensitive designs
The active supply current is 58 mA max, typical for a 50 MHz LVPECL output driving a 50-ohm terminated line.
