MEMS oscillator at 160 MHz LVPECL
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. The 58 mA max supply current at 160 MHz LVPECL is the budget for the oscillator alone — a typical LVPECL termination draws another 14 mA per pair, so plan the rail accordingly.
Standby power-down and current draw
That is low enough to leave the oscillator powered from a battery-backed rail during sleep — the 95 µA is the oscillator's own draw, not the termination. A logic-high on the enable pin brings the output back within the startup time specified in the datasheet.
Industrial temperature and ±25 ppm stability
That means the 160 MHz clock stays within ±4 kHz of nominal from a cold-start outdoor enclosure to a warm factory floor — tight enough for most 10/100/1000 Ethernet and SATA reference clocks without external temperature compensation.
