160 MHz LVPECL — high-speed clock distribution
This is a 160 MHz XO with LVPECL differential output — the 58 mA max supply current reflects the drive strength needed to terminate 50 Ω to VCC-2V. The LVPECL swing is edge-rate matched for sub-nanosecond rise times, so the PCB trace impedance and termination resistors need to be controlled to avoid reflections.
Industrial temperature and wide supply
The oscillator can sit in an outdoor telecom cabinet or on a factory-floor controller without a heated enclosure. The supply voltage range of 2.25V to 3.6V covers both 2.5V and 3.3V rails, so the same BOM line works across boards with different core voltages. The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 5.00mm x 3.20mm with a seated height of 0.90mm.
Standby mode for power gating
The disable pin is active-low; pulling it low stops the output and puts the oscillator into a low-power state.
