200 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — field-fit note
The DSC1102BE2-200.0000T: This is a 200 MHz LVPECL clock source built on a MEMS resonator, not a quartz crystal — so it handles the shock and vibration you get in a panel retrofit or a portable instrument without the frequency jump a quartz can show. The ±25 ppm stability over -20°C to 70°C keeps the timing tight enough for most 1 GbE and FPGA reference clock lanes. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, which means it runs off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator.
6-SMD footprint and board-fit
Height seated is 0.90 mm, so it fits under a 1 mm clearance. Supplied on tape and reel.
