Active production — MEMS oscillator with LVPECL output
It delivers a 156.254 MHz LVPECL output with ±25ppm frequency stability, operating from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail — the wide voltage range lets it share a rail with 2.5V or 3.3V logic without an extra regulator.
When active, the oscillator draws 58mA max, which is typical for a 156 MHz LVPECL clock source driving a 50-ohm terminated line.
