The DSC1101NL5-PROG is a blank (user-programmable) MEMS-based XO from Microchip's DSC1101 series. Its available frequency range spans 3.3 MHz to 170 MHz, letting a single order code replace multiple fixed-frequency oscillators on the BOM — you program the exact output frequency at programming time. The CMOS output and 2.25V to 3.6V supply range mean it works on both 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without a separate regulator.
