MEMS oscillator for industrial timing
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm, it operates from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply and draws a maximum of 35 mA.
Why the MEMS resonator matters on your board
The MEMS base resonator gives this oscillator better shock and vibration tolerance than a quartz crystal — it starts up faster and holds frequency tighter across temperature swings, which matters for outdoor telecom or factory-floor gear where the board sees thermal cycling. The Standby (Power Down) function lets you pull the output to high-impedance and drop current to near zero when the clock domain is idle — a useful feature for battery-powered or duty-cycled systems.
It remains suitable for new designs and production builds.
