50 MHz MEMS XO with wide supply tolerance
The DSC1101NI2-050.0000T: This MEMS-based XO (Standard) generates a 50 MHz CMOS clock — the silicon resonator replaces a quartz crystal, eliminating crystal aging and reducing sensitivity to vibration. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without a separate regulator or level translator. The wide tolerance also absorbs ripple on a shared power rail — useful when the oscillator shares a supply with a noisy FPGA or MCU bank.
Industrial temperature grade and standby power-down
The MEMS resonator holds frequency stability across this band without the turnover-point tuning needed for quartz. At full operation the device draws 35 mA max.
6-VDFN package — layout considerations
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The small profile suits board-stacking or low-profile enclosures.
