125.0062 MHz MEMS clock with standby — what it buys the design
The DSC1101NI1-125.0062 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a fixed 125.0062 MHz CMOS output. The MEMS resonator eliminates the quartz-crystal start-up time and vibration sensitivity — the oscillator is ready within microseconds of power-up and holds frequency through mechanical shock.
Standby function — 95 µA disable current
For a sensor node that sleeps 99 % of the time, the oscillator's quiescent draw adds less than 100 µA to the sleep budget — the system can keep the clock disabled between measurement intervals and wake on a GPIO edge.
Package and layout — 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm 6-SMD
The 6-SMD no-lead package measures 0.276" × 0.197" (7.00 mm × 5.00 mm) with a seated height of 0.035" (0.90 mm).
Microchip lists the DSC1101NI1-125.0062 as Active.
