The DSC1101DM2-004.0000T is a 4 MHz MEMS-based oscillator from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. Unlike quartz-based XOs, the MEMS resonator handles shock and vibration better — relevant for avionics, downhole instrumentation, and satellite payloads where a crystal might fracture or frequency-pull under g-load.
