The DSC1101DM1-080.0000T is a Microchip MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering an 80 MHz CMOS output across a -55 to 125 °C temperature range — a military-grade thermal envelope that suits avionics, downhole instrumentation, and satellite timing trees where quartz oscillators struggle with shock and vibration. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator, and frequency stability is held to ±50 ppm over the full temperature and voltage range.
