MEMS oscillator for extreme environments
A downhole tool or satellite payload that sees 125°C ambient still gets a clean 20 MHz CMOS clock. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail directly — no extra LDO needed for the oscillator.
