The DSC1101DM1-012.0000T is an active-production XO (Standard) MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a 12 MHz CMOS output with ±50ppm frequency stability.
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range covers 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO — the oscillator runs directly off the core or I/O supply, saving a regulator slot on the BOM.
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, this oscillator fits tight PCB layouts where height is constrained, such as mezzanine cards or handheld instruments.
