MEMS oscillator with full military temperature range
The DSC1101DM1-007.3700T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator from Microchip, delivering a 7.37 MHz CMOS output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. This makes it suitable for avionics, downhole instrumentation, satellite subsystems, and other mission-critical applications where a quartz crystal would struggle with shock and vibration.
Supply voltage flexibility and standby function
Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, this oscillator can run on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator. The standby (power-down) function pulls the supply current from a 35 mA maximum active draw down to 95 µA maximum when disabled, which is useful for battery-powered or duty-cycled systems that need to conserve power between active periods.
