50 MHz MEMS clock — active, low power, wide voltage range
The MEMS resonator gives it a faster startup and better shock resistance than a quartz crystal, and the supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.63 V — it runs on any common logic rail from 2.5 V to 3.3 V without a separate regulator. Current draw is just 95 µA max — low enough for battery-powered sensor nodes or handheld instruments where every microamp counts.
Standby function and package footprint
It comes in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. That footprint is small enough for space-constrained PCBs, but the 6-pin VDFN needs a solid ground pad and careful via placement to keep the thermal and electrical path clean.
