The DSC1101DL5-016.0000 is a 16 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a CMOS output that directly interfaces with most digital logic families without level translation. The standby (power down) function on pin 1 pulls the output to high-impedance and drops supply current to 95 µA max — a useful feature for battery-powered or duty-cycled systems that need to disable the clock tree when the processor sleeps.
