Rated for 2.25V to 3.6V supply, the oscillator runs directly from 2.5V or 3.3V rails without an intermediate LDO.
6-VDFN package and board integration
Housed in a 6-VDFN measuring 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, the package suits space-constrained layouts on multi-layer PCBs. The CMOS output drives standard logic families directly; the Standby pin (active low) lets firmware gate the clock tree without an external load switch.
