100 MHz MEMS clock with standby control
The DSC1101DI5-100.0000T is a 100 MHz MEMS-based XO with CMOS output, built for designs that need a tight ±10 ppm absolute pull range and a standby (power-down) function that drops disable current to 95 µA. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V — one oscillator covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V clock domains without a dedicated regulator. The 6-VDFN package (2.50 mm × 2.00 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) fits space-constrained PCB layouts common in compact networking and industrial modules.
The standby function is a hardware pin, not a register — no I²C/SPI configuration needed, so the oscillator starts in the desired state after power-up without firmware intervention.
The MEMS resonator is less susceptible to vibration-induced phase noise than quartz — a practical advantage in motor-drive and transportation environments.
