MEMS oscillator at 60 MHz — what it brings to the clock tree
The DSC1101DI2-060.0000T is a standard XO built on a MEMS resonator, outputting 60 MHz CMOS clock with ±25 ppm frequency stability across -40°C to 85°C. Maximum supply current is 35 mA; the standby function pulls the output to high-impedance and drops consumption to 95 µA max, useful for gated-clock domains or battery-powered equipment that sleeps between activity bursts.
Industrial temperature grade and MEMS reliability
The MEMS base resonator eliminates the quartz blank and its associated failure modes — no crystal aging drift, no sensitivity to vibration in the 10-2000 Hz range typical of industrial motor drives.
