Supply voltage and standby power-down
Operating from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, the oscillator fits into 2.5V or 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. The standby (power-down) function disables the output and drops supply current to 95 µA max, useful for battery-powered systems that need to conserve energy when the clock is not required.
Package and board layout fit
Housed in a 6-VDFN package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the oscillator fits tight PCB layouts where board area is at a premium.
