12 MHz MEMS XO with standby — field-fit note
The 12 MHz CMOS output drives logic inputs directly; no external load caps or termination resistors needed. The 35 mA max active current is typical for a 12 MHz MEMS oscillator at this voltage range. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V — it runs off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The 6-VDFN package measures 2.50mm x 2.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, so it fits tight board stacks.
Industrial temp and frequency tolerance
A design engineer can budget this tolerance into the clock tree without extra guard-banding. The ±25 ppm APR covers the full operating range including initial accuracy, temperature drift, and aging — no separate frequency stability spec needed for most MCU and FPGA clock inputs.
