MEMS oscillator for 25 MHz clock trees
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same part works on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The wide range simplifies BOM planning and reduces voltage-family inventory. That's tight enough for most 25 MHz applications — a typical quartz XO in the same price band is ±25 to ±50 ppm, so this is a direct fit.
Microchip lists the DSC1101DI1-025.0000T as Active. This part can be specified for new designs without worrying about a near-term discontinuation. The base product number is DSC1101, which covers a family of MEMS oscillators at different frequencies and stability grades. If a different frequency is needed later, the same footprint and supply voltage apply — board respin is not required.
Active current is 35 mA max.
