The DSC1101CM5-050.0000 is a 50 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering CMOS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range — a fit for avionics, satellite, and downhole instrumentation where quartz oscillators struggle with shock and temperature slew.
