The DSC1101CM3-024.0000 is a 24 MHz MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1101 series, delivering a CMOS output with ±20 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range.
This makes the part suitable for battery-powered or duty-cycled systems that wake intermittently. The supply voltage range spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, covering common 2.5 V, 3.0 V, and 3.3 V rails without an external regulator — one less component on the BOM.
