MEMS oscillator for harsh environments
The DSC1101CM2-024.5454 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs a 24.5454 MHz CMOS clock from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail.
±25 ppm stability across temperature
Frequency stability is rated at ±25 ppm over the full temperature range — tight enough to keep a UART baud-rate generator within tolerance without a TCXO. The MEMS resonator also eliminates the start-up settling time of a quartz crystal; the output is valid within microseconds of power-up.
Standby function for power-sensitive designs
A standby (power down) pin drops the supply current to 95 µA max when the clock is not needed. In a battery-powered sensor node that sleeps most of the time, that 95 µA standby draw is lower than the leakage of many LDOs — the oscillator does not dominate the sleep budget.
