MEMS oscillator for extreme-temperature timing
The DSC1101CM2-020.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 20 MHz CMOS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full -55°C to 125°C military temperature range. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the same BOM line serves both 2.5V and 3.3V clock domains without a separate regulator.
Package and board-fit details
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.50 mm pitch land pattern is common to many MEMS oscillators — the layout footprint matches the standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm oscillator pad, so a board designed for a quartz XO of the same size accepts this part without a spin.
