Supply rail and output compatibility
The 2.25V to 3.6V supply range means it runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external LDO — the internal regulator handles the drop.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 3.20mm x 2.50mm with a seated height of 0.90mm — the same footprint as a standard 3.2x2.5mm quartz oscillator. No PCB respin needed if the existing layout uses that can size. The 0.90mm max height keeps it low-profile for mezzanine card or blade server applications where board-to-board clearance is tight.
No pin-compatible second source is documented, but the 3.2x2.5mm MEMS oscillator footprint is common across several manufacturers — confirm the pin 1 orientation and enable logic before substituting.
